Meat Bazaar Held in Marunda and Muara Baru Low-Cost Flat

Thousands of Marunda and Muara Baru low-cost flat residents in North Jakarta flocking to low price meat bazaar, Monday (7/13) morning.

One ID-Card for one coupon, they can grab beef or chicken, whatever

Each flats got the quota for 1,500 kilograms of beef and 100 chickens in Marunda flat, also 200 chickens for Muara Baru flat.

Purwanti (25), one of Cluster B residents, Block 10 Marunda flat, admitted that she was so excited with this event. As concerning meat price nowadays reached over Rp 100 thousand.

1.3 Tons of Meat Distributed in W. Jakarta

“I wish I could get more than one coupons so I could buy meat more than one kilo. Meat price reaches Rp 120 thousand/kilo out there,” she uttered, Monday (7/13).

North Jakarta Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-department, Una Rusmana acknowledged around 3,300 coupons were given to sub-districts and urban village to be distributed to residents around two flats. Each residents get one coupon.

“One ID-Card for one coupon, they can grab beef or chicken, whatever. We submitted the distribution on urban village and sub-district parties,” he explained.
